I HATE Cellphones and why~~~

I HATE cellphones!!!! I hate them because they are being used in the wrong contex of proper usage.

Don't get me wrong. There is a right usage of cellphones, like calling AAA for a tow or calling your sweetie that your going to be late because there's a 10 car pile up on 880 or what I even like better, calling CHP because you saw the 10 car pile up just as it started. That one happened to me.

No, the reason why I hate them is this--I had to take the bus today, my car is in the shop, needing new breaks because I have to stop suddenly for all the idiots that cut in front of me without using their turn-signals--please envision using your turn signals---they are not there for decoration.

I don't mind taking the bus, as a matter of fact I've been lucky and have met unfailingly polite people or strange people and some's that's in the middle. But today took the cake, I was at my stop waiting for that 40 foot public transport limo to take me to work, when a 20 something black woman got on her cell phone and the next thing I heard was "what was yous doing last night I'm gonna beat you up and you don go F*&^ with me! (sorry I've got to do some censorship her) I'll beat yr F*&^% Ass off U B*&$#!"

Well I had the dubious pleasure of being treated to that continous type of language and haraging from my pick up stop to just three stops before I got off. As a matter of fact besides myself, and this lady with the foul mouth, there were 6 other people plus the driver and we did not need to hear her entire life history about how everyone beats up on her and they can go F'ing off.

As a matter of fact when she finally got off, everyone heaved a sigh of relief and every one said "Boy am I glad she's gone". I was wishing I could have said I'm glad that foulmouthed bitch was gone but that would have only lowered me to her level.

O.K so why didn't someone tell her to shut up?? If you saw her you would have thought twice because she was sooooooo big she could have lifted the bus off the ground. To take someone like that out you need to go for the kneecaps.

But none of us needed to hear that conversation. As a matter of fact everyone is using the cellphone like they have to pick it up immediately just because the cutise ring goes off.

Hey Dummies haven't you heard of vibrate and leaving a phone message then the idiot who gets your call can call you back when no one is listening.

Now I have to confess I do carry my cell with me and yes I do call my sweetie, to let him know I'm going to be late. And I have called him from the grocery store to double check to see if we need 1 quart of milk or two.

And there is another thing---driving with the cell phone plaster to your ear and therefor driving with one hand--HEY THERE WAKE UP!!! Haven't you heard of the hands free option--for cell phones not for driving--(trust me there are people out there that are that stupid). Driving a car is a two handed operation!! I have seen more accidents because people were on cell phones and not focuscing on driving.

And do you know what makes it worse, seeing a person on a cell phone while driving then getting into an accident and still on the cell phone while the police officer is trying to ask you questions while the fire men are using the jaws of life to pry you out of the car that has rolled on top of you because you were too distracted to drive because you were talking on the cell phone.

I have heard of the need to communicate but this has taken it to extreme areas. It's times like that the the need for silence is soooo important.

Yeah I'm talken' to you Ms. foulmouth--- what you need is to spend a year long retreat in a monastary where a vow of silence is taken. Then you can only communicate by writting and no foul words, your grammar and sentence structure must be perfect and, you have to use clean words to describe your anger.

Of course after being force to be silent for a year you may learn something---like cleaning up your act and your mouth.

O.K. I think the next thing to do is that all students in grammar, jr high and high school needs to take classes in etiquette which would include celll phone use and you can't graduate unless you get nothing less than a B+.

Harsh?? I don't think so because the parents certainly aren't doing the job if that 20 something foulmouth is an example of what we have coming up in the world.
